Polyroads West – Africa to Change the face of Roads with quality road network in Ghana
Ghana will soon see, walk and drive on quality roads should the government of Ghana enters in agreement with polyroads West-Africa to do more of our roads.
Authorities of the enviable firm are in the country to help provide a lasting solution to the problems on our roads.
This came to light when authorities of the company embarked on a practical work at Oduom roundabout bypass in the in the Ashanti Region for the public to know how good roads could be constructed in the country without using stones, cement and other raw materials needed for road construction.
Roads constructed by polyroads West-Africa does not develop potholes and is dust free.
The company uses texting polymer materials to improve the quality and prolong the lifespand of road and also to prevent potholes that usually develops on our roads.
The company don’t waste a lot of money when constructing roads because they don’t buy construction materials outside the project site.
What they have on the project site is the raw materials for construction work.
Speaking to the chief executive officer /president of polyroads West Africa, Mr.Stephen Kofi Amponsah noted that the company is now negotiating with the government of Ghana on how Ghana would benefit from quality roads in the country.
He said their work has more than 20 years guarantee and because the soil after modification turns into a rock which prolongs it lifespand.
The CEO further noted that, Ghana roads develop potholes faster because it lacks quality that’s why they are in to solve the problem though he did not blame constructors but said they lack quality materials for road construction.
Polyroads is a specialist company, focusing on the development and manufacturing of Smart Materials for the mining and road construction industry.
These products includes, mine haul-road stabilization, national road construction, factory floors, dust palliatives and spray-on dam geoliners.

Mr. Stephen Kofi Amponsah added that, Smart Materials solutions are quite different to conventional layered road design using selected quarry materials with cement stabilization.

According to her, we need not to always put our burden on the government since the government alone cannot do it all.
